I’m Marie!
Overall, I have 9+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong track record of leading successful design projects, managing teams, and driving business results. I am a unique blend of a Senior Product Manager and Senior UX Manager, combining my expertise in both areas to deliver exceptional user experiences while aligning with business objectives. I am proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma, and have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking.
Currently, I hold the role of Sr UX/UI Manager and Sr Product manager at Procter & Gamble, where I lead the NA DTC Grooming (7 brands) & IoT UX/UI designers. In this position, I work closely with Marketing/Brand leads to optimize conversion rates and support business growth for the DTC Grooming websites. Additionally, I am leading the Accessibility pilot Project for P&G NA, aiming to establish the viability and necessity of this initiative. If successful, my European and Asian counterparts will follow suit to implement accessibility improvements for P&G DTC in Europe and Asia.
Prior to my current role, at naviHealth, I led the redesign of doctor's workbooks web and mobile products, streamlining the process for doctors to spend less time on administrative tasks and more time with patients. I also have experience as a User Experience Lead for the American branch of the French company Dassault, where I managed the creation of marketing micro-sites and led the redesign of the main marketing website.
In terms of education, I hold an MBA in Marketing, a BS in Cellular and Molecular Biology, and I am also certified as a Scrum Master, a Product Owner, UX design allowing me to bring a multidisciplinary approach to my work. With my unique blend of Senior Product Manager and Senior UX Manager expertise, I am well-equipped to tackle new challenges and create engaging user experiences that drive business success.

When I’m not working, I’m a mom, a sport practitioner, a social entertainer, and a passionate traveler.
